I like hiking with my family and my dog “Happy”. I enjoy tree farming on my place outside of St. James and being active in the community as a member of the Rolla and St. James Chambers of Commerce, St. James Kiwanis and the James Foundation Advisory Board. I was born and raised in the St. Louis area, but I have lived in the Rolla / St. James area for the past 28 years. This is a great place to live, work and play.
My background includes many years in financing residential and commercial properties – as a bank loan officer, mortgage broker and as a commercial loan officer for the U. S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 504 loan program. Don’t let concerns about financing keep you out of the market. Owning real estate can be the best investment you will ever make. I earned my bachelors degree in economics from the University of Missouri – Rolla, and I have been a licensed realtor since 1984. I am also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). Prior to working in the financial and real estate industries I farmed and raised livestock.
